Is used to fill the tubes with mgO, and assure optimum centering of the coil in the element.

FUNCTIONS :

1. PLC automatically controlled, human-computer interface and control the oscillation frequency by electron speed regulator.
2. Powder filling density could be above 2.17g/cm3 Almost zero MgO loss.
3. Tube diameter : below 16mm; Tube length: below 3000mm. It can be custom-made.
4. Digital tube length adjustment. The guide tube moving speed controlled by frequency control.
5. lndicate how to clear fault automatically.
6. It can fill 24 pcs or 36 pcs tubes at a time. The efficiency can reach 6500pcs/8h ( take 250mm long tube for example)
7. 12,18,24,36 and 48 position machines are available to suit customer's production requirements.
